I just came across this article about a protest in Oregon over the distribution of the DVD "Obsession: Radical Islam's War Against the West". The Rev. Chuck Cooper of Micah's Village said the newspaper had a moral obligation "to inform, not misinform."
So I went ahead and called his office to ask him how he came to the this conclusion.
Here is how the conversation went.
"Mr. Cooper I am calling about your comments on how the DVD Obsession is misinforming people. How did you come to this conclusion"?
**Mr Copper: I feel we should not have this conversation as it will just be an interrogation".
"Islam calls for the death or dominance of all non-Muslims, so how is this misinforming people"?
**Mr Cooper: "You need to look at your own bigotry".
"How is it bigotry not to be wanted to be dominated by an ideology"?
He then hung up. I figured I would give him one more try and called him back.
I asked "Do you have any concern for all the Christians that have been persecuted in the name of Islam, will you take a stand for your fellow Christians"?
**Mr Cooper: "If you call this number again, I am going to call the authorities".
He then hangs up.
Well Mr. Cooper people like you are reason the problem goes on and on and I find it sad that you actually think of yourself as a Christian leader as you will not even take a stand for your fellow Christians. Mr. Cooper, where are your morals?
Oregon Protesters Denounce Newspaper Ad, DVD on Islam

PORTLAND, Ore. A DVD distributed with the Sunday editions of The Oregonian drew about 70 protesters who said the video and accompanying advertisement promoted anti-Muslim views.
The protesters gathered at the newspaper building Monday to criticize "Obsession: Radical Islam's War Against the West."
The Rev. Chuck Cooper of the progressive Christian community Micah's Village, said the newspaper had a moral obligation "to inform, not misinform."
He said it should give any profits from the advertising to charity.
Publisher Fred Stickel said free speech principles obligate the paper to make its advertising as open as possible.
Nationally, about 70 newspapers distributed "Obsession," sponsored by the Clarion Fund. A few refused it.

What is Mr. Dhimmi's telephone number please?
Everyone should watch obsession. To ignore the problem will not make it go away, the only way it will go away is when it is taken away.
Joan
His phone number is on his site. Just click on the link in the article.
Not confronting the problem just leads it to get worse.
There are lots of universalists within the Christian church. Many are calling for a merger or blending in with the world's pagan religions. Sounds like Rev. Cooper is one of these guys.
Then they really are not Christians. Because that would not even work as Islam would just dominate.
Thank you Christopher, for your work. You are a great source of information and encouragement to those of us working on our own fronts to educate the misinformed, evangelize Muslims (the easiest people to evangelize) and take hard stands against Islam and institutions that support it. Know you have many partners working at all levels of society to get the truth exposed.
Hey, Rev.Cooper, You are like the man befriending an alligator
--I'm sure it will eat you last.
Great work, Chris!!

Thanks for the support guys.
The Rev. is just delaying the inevitable. While showing no concern for all the non-Muslims who suffer under Islam.
