Geert Wilders booed offstage in Philadelphia

Dutch politician and movie maker Geert Wilders raised a storm of disapproval and angry reactions with his movie Fitna. At a recent appearance at Temple University he was jeered offstage.

The movie Fitna, which at it's most basic is an anti-Islamic film, was shown before Dutch politician Geert Wilders took the stage to give an address to students at Temple University near Philladelphia Pennsylvania.

The address which lasted roughly 30 minutes was met with both applause and jeers was a restating of the basis of his 15-minute movie Fitna. The movie notes the ascension of Islam in European and Western cultures and the abrogation of Western culture to that of Islamic cultural norms, including sharia law.

Mr. Wilders gave what has become a staple for his speeches, attacking all who defend the right of Islam to quietly conquer Europe through immigration and producing large families.

Mr Wilders also attacked the American President Barack Hussein Obama for his approach of "appeasement" toward the Islamic nations of the world.

As the AP reports, Wilders said if the spread of Islam continues unabated in the Western world, "you might at the end of the day lose your Constitution. Wake up, defend your freedom."

After the movie was shown, and the address was given, Wilders offered a question and answer period but was jeered rudely enough that he was taken away quickly by his security team when the mood of portions of the crowd turned ugly.

Dutch politician Geert Wilders who recently had his UK ban overturned, has told it like is at his UK press conference. In the past Mr. Wilders had also stated that he wants to end Muslim immigration into the Netherlands. This man might just be the saviour of Europe.

Around 40 Muslim demonstrators gathered near the Houses of Parliament as Geert Wilders arrived in central London.

Brandishing banners saying "Shariah is the solution, freedom go to hell" and "Geert Wilders deserves Islamic punishment", the protesters were held back by police.

Mr Wilders' press conference was moved inside the Abbey Gardens building opposite the Houses of Parliament.

Abu Muaz, from Islam For UK, said: "If I were to say some of the things he has said I would be arrested under the Terrorism Act. But because there is a war on Muslims he gets an easy ride."

Addressing journalists alongside UKIP peer Lord Pearson, Mr Wilders said his visit was "a victory".

Explaining his controversial views on Islam, he said: "I have a problem with the Islamic ideology, the Islamic culture, because I feel that the more Islam that we get in our societies the less freedom that we get."

In Rotterdam, where cultural and social divides are apparent, the burden of bridging them now belongs to Morocco-born Ahmed Aboutaleb. How he fares could matter beyond his city's borders.

Reporting from Rotterdam, Netherlands - The veiled women clutch their children's hands as they scurry past the liquor store, ignoring rows of vodka bottles on their way to the Muslim butcher's next door.

Across the street, male customers emerge from the Climax sex shop with their purchases and quickly stride away without a second glance at the Turkish kebab restaurant just opening for lunch.

The conservative and liberal, religious and secular, Dutch and foreign stand side by side here in Rotterdam, in a contrasting and at times uneasy coexistence where social and cultural middle ground can be elusive.

The job of finding that middle ground has now fallen onto the shoulders of a thoughtful Moroccan-born Muslim who arrived in Rotterdam just nine months ago. His address: the mayor's office.

Ahmed Aboutaleb is the first Muslim immigrant to lead a major Dutch city. The son of an imam, he was appointed mayor of Rotterdam late last year and in January became the official face of the Netherlands' second-largest city.

Right-wing politicians demanded that Aboutaleb demonstrate his loyalty by giving up his Moroccan passport (he holds dual nationality). Geert Wilders, the country's most inflammatory public figure, declared that Aboutaleb's appointment was "as ridiculous as appointing a Dutchman as mayor of Mecca."

But there have been missteps. Critics questioned an official trip Aboutaleb took to Morocco in June, during which he met the country's foreign minister and appeared to step on the toes of the Dutch central government.

In August, a dance party for thousands of beachgoers devolved into pandemonium and brawls in which one man was killed. The mayor, criticized for not assigning enough police officers to patrol the event, ordered a two-year ban on such parties.

An Arab organisation is to be put on trial in the Netherlands over its publication of a cartoon deemed offensive to Jews, prosecutors say.

The cartoon, published by the Arab European League (AEL) on its website, questions the Holocaust.

It said the decision to prosecute illustrated bias against Muslims.

It said the same standards were not applied to the Dutch MP Geert Wilders, who made a film including cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.

Last month prosecutors said they would not put the far-right MP on trial for distributing the controversial Danish cartoons, which caused a storm of protest after their publication in 2005.

However, he is still being investigated separately for inciting hatred against Muslims by making statements comparing Islam to Nazism.

But Dutch prosecutors said the AEL cartoon was "discriminatory" and "offensive to Jews as a group... because it offends Jews on the basis of their race and/or religion".

The cartoon shows two men standing near a pile of bones at "Auswitch" (sic). One says "I don't think they're Jews".

The other replies: "We have to get to the six million somehow."

A spokeswoman for the prosecuting authority said the group could be fined up to 4,700 euros (£4,100), though in theory a prison sentence was also possible.

'Perverse'

AEL chairman Abdoulmouthalib Bouzerda said the charges proved "what Muslims have been saying for decades".

"Freedom of expression is only a pretext to make life bitter for Muslims... and if [they] try to bring this hypocrisy to light, that right is denied them."

The AEL says it does not deny the facts of the Holocaust but posted the cartoon as an "act of civil disobedience".

It said it had agreed to remove it from its site, but reversed that decision to protest over the failure to prosecute Geert Wilders.

"Double standards are being applied," it said in a statement.

But Jewish groups said it was not reasonable for the group to express its opposition to alleged bias against Muslims, by attacking Jews.

Ronny Naftaniel of the Center for Documentation on Israel, said: "Imagine if Dutch Jews insulted Muslims every time they heard an anti-Semitic remark. What kind of perverse world would we be living in?"

Tensions over the Netherlands' Muslim population have increased in recent years, notably since the killing of a controversial film-maker by a Muslim extremist in 2004.

THE HAGUE, Netherlands – A right-wing, stridently anti-Islam Dutch lawmaker's party won more than 15 percent of votes in the country's European Parliament elections Thursday, according to the national broadcaster's exit poll.

The NOS poll predicted the Freedom Party of Geert Wilders will win four of the 25 Dutch seats in the European assembly, one behind the Christian Democrats of Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende.

The exit poll supported pre-vote predictions that right-wing and fringe parties would make gains in many countries, where the economic downturn, cynicism over the union's eastward expansion and worries about relations between Muslims and non-Muslims were expected to fuel a voter backlash against mainstream politicians.

Wilders' party was second only to the Christian Democrats, which got nearly 20 percent of votes, according to the poll.

At a rowdy celebration, he said his party's success was a vote against a sprawling and costly EU — and against the incumbent Dutch coalition led by Balkenende and Labor Party leader Wouter Bos.

"People have had enough of Europe as it is now — a big Europe with Turkey possibly joining — that we spend billions on each year," he said. "I think some people have also had enough of the Balkenende and Bos Cabinet."

Wilders, whose party was contesting European elections for the first time, won support from Protestant and Catholic voters disenchanted with what's perceived as the growing influence of the nation's 800,000 Muslims, many of them immigrants from Morocco and Turkey.

Wilders, creator of a short film that criticizes the Quran as a "fascist book," had urged voters to reject EU involvement in immigration policy and said Turkey should not join the 27-nation bloc.

"Turkey as (an) Islamic country should never be in the EU, not in 10 years, not in a million years," Wilders said after voting.

But Dutch IT manager Olivier van der Post, 40, rejected Wilders' vision.

"I didn't vote for Wilders ... History has shown that if you want prosperity you must open your borders, not close them," he said after voting in Voorburg, a leafy village on the outskirts of The Hague.

Voting was under way in Britain as well, where the far-right British National Party, which bars nonwhite members, was slated to win its first seat. The anti-European United Kingdom Independence Party was also expected to benefit from voter anger at the economic crisis and recent revelations that lawmakers sought public reimbursement for items ranging from horse manure to swimming-pool repairs.

Dutch Anti-Islam Lawmaker Loses Bid To Stop Hate Speech Trial

THE HAGUE (AFP)--Far-right Dutch lawmaker Geert Wilders lost a legal bid Wednesday to stop his pending trial for inciting hatred and discrimination against Muslims.

"The attorney general is of the opinion that there are no grounds" for a further appeal, the Dutch Supreme Court said in a statement.

Lawyers for Wilders had sought to overturn a ruling by the Amsterdam Court of Appeals in January that he should be prosecuted for a series of public anti- Muslim statements, particularly for comparing Islam to Nazism.

"It is a political process," Wilders responded in a statement on the Web site of his Freedom Party, or PVV, which has nine out of 150 seats in parliament.

"I am being prosecuted for saying about Islam what millions of Dutch think. Freedom of expression is at risk of being offered at the altar of Islam."

The January appeals court judgment had followed numerous complaints from citizens over the Public Prosecution Service's initial refusal to press charges against Wilders.

Wilders is the maker of a 17-minute film, "Fitna," which has been called " offensively anti-Islamic" by U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.

The screening of the film in the Netherlands last year prompted protests in much of the Muslim world, including Afghanistan, Indonesia, Iran and Pakistan.

Wilders has called for the banning of the Koran in the Netherlands, calling it "fascist."

In June last year, the prosecutor's office said "Fitna," though offensive to Muslims, didn't give rise to a punishable offense.

It dismissed dozens of complaints received from around the country, saying Wilders' utterances were made in the context of public debate.

But the appeals court ruled six months later that politicians, given their special responsibility, ought not to be permitted to make "statements which create hate and grief," and ordered the prosecution to put Wilders on trial.

Geert Wilders, the controversial Dutch politician who caused an uproar in the Muslim world for his deliberately provocative film Fitna, is now targeting fellow countryman, Dutch Ambassador to Indonesia Nikolaos van Dam, for delivering a “pro-Islam speech” in Jakarta.

“While speaking to an audience at the Institute for Quranic [sic] Studies in Jakarta, Mr. van Dam acted as an advocate of Islam, rather than a representative of the Netherlands,” said the firebrand Freedom Party chairman, in a press release available at islamiswar.org.

“In doing this, he has lost all credibility. Instead of trying to defend Islam, Mr. van Dam should be defending universal human rights and be committed to improving the situation of the Christian minority in Indonesia.”

The ambassador gave a lecture entitled “The Global Political Trend and the Role of Islam: The Academic Responsibility of Muslim Scholars” during a graduation ceremony at the Institute for Koranic Studies, or PTIQ, at the Jakarta Convention Center on April 29.

Part of the speech was published in The Jakarta Post’s opinion page on May 1.

Wilders and party colleague Barry Madlener had sent written questions – available in Dutch on the Freedom Party website – to Dutch Foreign Minister Maxim Verhagen demanding van Dam’s resignation.

They questioned the ambassador’s attendance at the graduation ceremony, saying he should instead have worked to push the Indonesian government to improve the condition of non-Muslims in the predominantly Muslim country.

They also criticized van Dam for referring to Turkey as a European country. In his speech, the ambassador said, “Turkey is seen by some as the crossroads between Europe and Asia, between the Christian and Muslim world.”

A Dutch Embassy official in Jakarta said the Dutch foreign minister, not the ambassador, according to Dutch parliamentary procedure, would respond to Wilders’s questions.

Van Dam, a former lecturer in Middle Eastern history at Amsterdam University, speaks fluent Arabic and Indonesian, and spent most of his diplomatic career in Baghdad, Ankara, Cairo and Germany before coming to Jakarta.

He has built a good relationship with moderate Indonesian Muslim leaders and managed to tone down the resentment of Muslims here over Wilders’s film Fitna.

Noted Muslim scholar Azyumardi Azra praised van Dam for significantly improving diplomatic relations between Indonesia and the Netherlands, suggesting the Dutch government pay no heed to Wilders’s demand.

“I think he is the most successful Dutch ambassador to Indonesia,” he said, acknowledging van Dam’s understanding of Islam and its adherents.

The PTIQ is a higher educational institute under the supervision of the ministries of national education and religious affairs. It was set up by the late Indonesian tycoon Ibnu Sutowo and is currently led by progressive Muslim thinker Nasaruddin Umar, who campaigned for gender equality in Islam.

Azra said he was not surprised by Wilders’s statement, adding, “He’s a Dutch anti-Islam politician, but he does not represent his country as a whole.”

Geert Wilders, the far-right Dutch MP, has announced that he will make a sequel to his 17-minute anti-Qur'an film Fitna, which sparked protests from Muslims around the world last year and saw him banned from entering the UK.

"This is the next phase," the Freedom party leader told De Telegraaf yesterday, adding that his followup to the controversial short was intended to warn against the threat that Islam, in his view, posed to free speech. He said that the film would probably be finished next year.

Fitna – the title is an Arabic word that denotes a "test of faith" – criticised the Qur'an as a "fascist book" and interspersed images of the September 11 terrorist attacks with verses from the holy book. It was released on the internet in English and Dutch versions in March last year and screened to politicians and public figures around the globe as part of what Wilders labelled a "Facing Jihad world tour".

The film led to angry condemnation from groups as diverse as the Muslim Council of Britain and Al-Qaida, which issued a fatwa calling for his assassination. He was due to show it at the House of Lords in February but the Home Office refused him entry because his opinions "threaten community harmony and therefore public safety".

Wilders, whose party currently has nine out of the 150 seats in the Dutch parliament, said the new film would also examine the impact of Muslim immigration on Europe and the United States. "We should be more on the offensive instead of the defense," Wilders told Reuters, but added that the film is not meant to offend Muslims.

CAIR Looks to Muscle in on Fitna Screening

On Monday Arizona Senator Jon Kyl announced that he will be holding a screening of the anti-Islam movie Fitna.
Of course once this was announced the Council on American Islamic Relations couldn't leave it alone. CAIR wants one of their representatives present so that they can present the "other side" of the argument. They also said that the film's creator Geert Wilders spewed hatred, but of course CAIR did not mention a word about the hate being spewed by the Muslims in the film. Nor did CAIR mention a word about the hate being spewed against Jews at these Muslim rallies.

US:Fitna to be Viewed by Congress

Usually we see many of our politicians cowering behind a wall of political correctness. Today we see Senator Jon Kyl of Arizona standing up for what is right, standing up for the freedoms of the USA. He is doing this by holding a showing of the anti-Islam film Fitna made by Dutch politician Geert Wilders. This is the same film that the EU had banned and Wilders is the same person that the UK has banned from their country. Will Obama do the same?

WASHINGTON — Republican Sen. Jon Kyl is hosting a film screening at the Capitol building on Thursday for a far-right Dutch lawmaker who claims that Islam inspires terrorism.

Kyl is sponsoring the event for Geert Wilders, who was denied entry to London earlier this month because British authorities said he posed a threat to public order.

Wilders’ 15-minute film juxtaposes verses from the Quran with images of violence by Muslims. Wilders has called the Quran a "fascist book" and said it should be banned.

Kyl agreed to facilitate the event because "all too often, people who have the courage to point out the dangers of militant Islamists find themselves vilified and endangered," said spokesman Ryan Patmintra.

Thursday’s event was being sponsored by the International Free Press Society, headed by Danish activist Lars Hedegaard, and the Center for Security Policy, a think tank in Washington led by Republican Frank Gaffney.

The event is closed to the public and press, but the film is being shown to members of Congress and their staff in the ornate "LBJ room," a Senate office once used by Lyndon B. Johnson as majority leader and later vice president.

Wilders’ film has sparked protests around the world, as well as inspired a debate on the freedom of speech. The lawmaker had been invited to Britain by a member of Parliament’s upper house, the House of Lords, to show his film. But the British government refused Wilders entry into the country, saying he posed a threat to "community harmony."

British Foreign Secretary David Miliband told the British Broadcasting Corp. that Wilders was guilty of "extreme anti-Muslim hate." He said "there is no freedom to stir up racial and religious hatred."

Hedegaard, who helped sponsor Wilders’ visit to the U.S., said Europe’s hate speech and blasphemy laws do not make any sense.

"The way to deal with controversial, offensive or even hateful statements — unless they are directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action — is to expose them to public debate and criticism," Hedegaard said in a statement advertising Thursday’s event.

While it is unusual for U.S. lawmakers to grant Capitol access to such a controversial figure, it was unlikely Wilders’ appearance would produce the same outcry as it did in Britain.

Several leading senators, including Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Democrat, declined to comment.

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - A Dutch member of parliament facing prosecution because of his anti-Islam remarks said on Tuesday that Britain had refused him entry to the country as a threat to public security.

Geert Wilders had wanted to show a short film, "Fitna," which accuses the Koran of inciting violence, in the British parliament, but said the British authorities had told him he was excluded from the country.

"The secretary of state (minister) is satisfied that your statements about Muslims and their beliefs, as expressed in your film "Fitna" and elsewhere, would threaten community harmony and therefore public security in the United Kingdom," Wilders told Dutch television a letter he had received from the British government said.

Wilders faces prosecution by an Amsterdam court for inciting hatred and discrimination.

Britain's Home Office (interior ministry) declined to comment on Wilders' exclusion, but a spokeswoman said the government opposed all forms of extremism.

"It will stop those who want to spread extremism, hatred and violent messages in our communities from coming to our country," she said.

Wilders, whose film urged Muslims to tear out "hate-filled" verses from the Koran and who has compared Islam to Nazism, said on his party's website Britain had sacrificed freedom of speech.

"This is something you expect in Saudi Arabia but not in Britain. I think this cowardly position of Britain is very bad," he wrote.



The Netherlands has complained to Britain about Wilders' exclusion on the ground that Dutch members of parliament should be able to travel freely in the European Union, Dutch Foreign Affairs Minister Maxime Verhagen said in a statement.

The Netherlands has condemned the film, which was aired over the Internet last March, and distanced itself from its content, saying the film served no other purpose than causing offence.

The UK's Islamic Warning to the World

For years many people have been saying that the people of the U.S. should look to Europe to see what is coming our way in regards to Islam and Muslim immigration. The reason being that the Muslim population is higher there, but we are not far behind. Many Muslims see that they can use the freedoms of the West against us to slowly get the West to suit Islam. While most of Europe is having problems with their Islamic communities, the island of the UK has it the worst.

Over the years the Islamic community of the UK has had an endless list of demands, some of them were store workers not wanting to touch a Bible because it was "unclean" or cigarettes because they are un-Islamic to suing supermarkets because a Muslim worker had to handle closed bottles of alcohol. Some Muslim cab drivers even refused to allow passengers into their cabs because they were accompanied by a seeing-eye dog.

In acts of appeasement the Muslims of the UK were given special housing that catered to the dietary needs of Muslims. Banks implemented Sharia banking, toilets in the prisons were rearranged to accommodate Islam as Muslims cannot face Mecca while going to the bathroom and some public schools started serving only halal meat. A cemetery was even built under Islamic tradition with no concerns for the beliefs of the Christians and Jews being buried there.

Unfortunately for the UK none of this was enough, as the demands from the Islamic community got even more outrageous. Examples of these demands ranged from the baning of un-Islamic activities in school such as dance classes, co-ed swimming, co-ed school trips, and art classes which include the drawing of human figures. They also wanted their own Sharia Courts. The school demands were not yet met, but the Sharia Courts were. As usual that was not enough as Muslim leaders are now calling for Sharia law to be enforced on all non-Muslims there. In many parts of the UK Muslims clearly control the streets.

This is a video from Fort Lauderdale Florida. At 3:20 a Muslim tells Jews that the need to "Go back in the oven". As usual Muslims have no problem trying to intimidate those that do not agree with them.



In Europe this problem is not exclusive to the UK as pointed out in this video interview with Dutch politician Geert Wilders.



Nor it is exclusive to the other side of the Atlantic Ocean as the demands of Muslims are being met here also. They have been given foot-washing basins Muslim only pool times, and extra break times given at work so that they can pray. Calls to prayers are being broadcast on loudspeakers outside of Mosques in several states, and they even have their first Sharia Court which is stationed in Texas.

The call for Sharia law has started in Phoenix, and a leading DC Imam has stated that North America will fall to Islam by 2050 the latest. Will we awaken to the similarities of the UK and US, and more importantly are we willing to stand up for life as we know it for our families future generations? Time will tell.

Wilders Prosecution is a Welcome Opportunity to Expose Islam

Wilders Prosecution is a Welcome Opportunity to Expose Islam

Prosecuting Geert Wilders, member of the Dutch Parliament, is a welcome opportunity to expose fascist Islam and radical Muslims. Wilders and his lawyers do not need to go far away to fetch crystal clear evidence that Islam, i.e. the Koran and Hadith incite to violence and hatred, and radical Muslims are behind numerous crimes against humanity.

There is an abundance of fatwas (religious edicts) by Muslim authorities inciting to genocide and suicide attacks against Christians and Jews. All these fatwas are based on the Koran and Hadith.

Ali Gom’a, the grand mufti of Egypt, the highest Muslim religious authority in the world, supports murdering non-Muslims. In the daily Al Ahram (April 7, 2008), he says, “Muslims must kill non-believers wherever they are unless they convert to Islam.” He also compares non-Muslims to apes and pigs, not only the Jews.

Muhammad Sayyid Al Tantawi, president of Al Azhar University also approves of killing and maiming Christians, Jews, and other infidels. He added, “This is not my personal view. This what the Shari’a Law says, the law of Allah, the only valid law on the earth.”

Yousef Al Qaradhawi, the spiritual leader of the fundamentalist organization, the Muslim Brothers, urged on Al Jazeera TV (Jan. 9, 2009) Muslims to kill the Jews, not only in Israel but also worldwide. He added, “No peace can be made between us (Muslims) and the non-believers. This what our holy book says. This what Allah says.”

Saudi Arabia’s Grand Mufti, Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Abdullah Bin Mohammed al Sheikh said on Iqra’ TV channel, “Killing producers who show women unveiled is legal.”
The Saudi Sheikh Saleh Al-Lehadan, head of the Supreme Judiciary Council, told Al Watan daily, (March 25, 2008) “After getting rid of the Jews in our Arab land, we must turn to the Christians. They have three options: either they convert to Islam, or leave, or pay Jizia (protection taxes). Further, there is not such a thing as Shiites, Sufis, etc. There are only Sunnis. All these sects must renounce their pagan beliefs and return to Sunna, the right path of Islam.”

Most recently, demonstrators in Berlin and Munich, and elsewhere in Germany, raised banners reading, “Hamas! Hamas! Jews to the gas”. The police did not arrest anyone of them and nobody filed a court case against them for inciting to murder which in the German law is punishable.

German apologists like Claudia Roth and Cem Ozdemir (a Muslim of a Turkish decent), chairpersons of the German Green Party, said in a press conference in Berlin (Jan. 20, 2009), “Wilders’ film “Fitna” has contributed to worsening our relations with the Muslims around the globe. Geert Wilders is hurting the feelings of Muslims.”

I said in the conference, “This is not true. I know many Muslims who approve of Wilders’ critique of Islam. They do not feel offended. Only fascist Muslims feel so.” Roth and Ozdemir ignored my remark.

The truth of the matter is “Fitna” is simply reflecting how radical Muslims think and act, inspired and encouraged by the Koran.

Wilders’ comparison of the Koran to Adolf Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” and describing it as a fascist book is not inappropriate. Hitler referred to the Jews as “rats and vermin” and the Koran and fascist Muslims call the Jews “The descendants of apes and pigs”.

It is not Wilders who should be prosecuted, but people like Gom’s, Al Qaradhawi and their peers. They must be brought to justice before the International Tribunal. Inciting to genocide is an egregious crime.

Many Westerners are intimidated by fascist Muslims and that is what the latter want to achieve at the end of the day. Ahmed Marcouch, a prominent member of the Dutch Labor Party, of Moroccan descent, asked in 2008 an Amsterdam court to bring Muslim fascists to the Netherlands and prosecute them. His petition was turned down.

Marcouch told ARD, German TV (Dec. 19, 2008), “Not only many Westerners approve of “Fitna”, but also many decent Muslims like me, but they dare not say that openly. Fascist Islam is a virus that is not only infecting Western societies, but also Muslim societies. This virus must be exposed and dealt with by all means.”

Wilders is simply warning the West and moderate Muslims that fascist Islam is a devastating threat to humanity. This virus was born in the Arabian Peninsula and is spreading across the world.

Wilders’ prosecution is a defining point in the clash between fascist Muslims and the rest of the world. Regardless whether he is convicted or not, he must be thanked for his courage. He is simply disseminating the truth about a violent and hate-inciting “religion”. His message is very clear: “Westerners, wake up before it is too late.”

Zaghlul Al Najjar rejoices in the rise and spread of Islam across the globe. He writes in the Egyptian daily Al Ahram (Nov. 14, 2008), “Islam now is everywhere. Gorgeous mosques are build everywhere in the heart of Europe, in Rome and Cologne. The number of Muslims all over the world is also rising. More than 20 million Muslims live now in Europe. Alone in Germany there are 3.5. Demographers estimate that the majority of citizens in Germany will be Muslims in the year 2050. Two decades ago very few women wore the Hijab (headscarf). Now you can see them everywhere. Sooner or later, Islam will be in control of the whole world. This time, we don’t need to fight the infidel West with our troops as we did at the gates of Vienna. This time we’ll infiltrate the West and convert it to Islam, willy-nilly.”

Tarek Ramadan visited the Islamic Center in Bilelefeld, Germany (May 21, 2008) and gave a speech. Before he began his speech, he asked if there were any journalists in audience. As the answer was negative, he said, “OK, now I feel free to say what I really want.” Ramadan is well-known for telling his infidel audience something and his Muslim audience another thing.
Ramadan said, “My brothers and sisters, we must exploit the so-called democracy and freedom of speech here in the West to reach our goals. Our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and the Koran teach us that we must use every conceivable means and opportunity to defeat the enemies of Allah. Tell the infidels in public, we respect your laws and your constitutions, which we Muslims believe that these are as worthless as the paper they are written on. The only law we must respect and apply is the Shari’s.”
Ramadan added, “The Germans claim that they want to integrate you in their society. We tell them we are going to integrate them in our Umma (Muslim world) after converting them to Islam.”

If Wilders wins his case, it will not be only his own triumph, but also one for all peace-loving people all over the world.

If Wilders loses then fascist Muslims have managed to silence Islam’s critics and consequently a “Dutch court has imported Saudi blasphemy norms to Europe”, as the Wall Street Journal put it.

Back in April of 2008 a district court in The Hague ruled that anti-Islamic European politician Geert Wilders did not break the law by comparing Islam with Fascism and calling the Koran the Islamic version of Hitler's Mein Kampf. Since then Islamic groups have not stopped pushing to get this decision reversed and they have finally succeeded. Islamists know that if we cannot even name our enemy we cannot defeat it.

Dutch court: prosecute anti-Islamic lawmaker

THE HAGUE, Netherlands: A right-wing lawmaker should be prosecuted for inciting racial hatred with anti-Islamic statements that include calling the Quran a "fascist book," a Dutch court ruled Wednesday.

Freedom Party leader Geert Wilders made headlines around the world in March 2008 with his film "Fitna," which juxtaposed Quranic verses against a background of violent film clips and images of terrorism by Islamic radicals.

In 2007, Wilders called for a ban on the Quran "the same way we ban 'Mein Kampf.'" He said both Adolf Hitler's work and the Muslim holy book contain passages that contradict Western values.

The Amsterdam Appeals Court called Wilders' statements in his film, newspaper articles and media interviews "one-sided generalizations ... which can amount to inciting hatred."

The court's ruling reverses a decision last year by the public prosecutor's office , which said Wilders' film and interviews were painful for Muslims but not criminal.

Wilders told Dutch media it was a "black day for myself and for freedom of speech."

The decision set the stage for what will likely be a highly charged trial touching on the declining Dutch tolerance toward a large immigrant population from Muslim countries, mainly Morocco and Turkey. Dutch attitudes shifted markedly after the 2004murder of filmmaker Theo van Gogh by a radical Dutch Muslim.

Wilders, whose party has nine lawmakers in the 120-seat lower house of Dutch Parliament, has built his popularity largely on tapping into fear and resentment among Dutch voters of Muslim immigrants.

"I've had enough of Islam in the Netherlands; let not one more Muslim immigrate," he wrote once in national newspaper De Volkskrant. "I've had enough of the Quran in the Netherlands: Forbid that fascist book."

The three judges said they had weighed Wilders' anti-Islamic rhetoric against his right to free speech, and ruled he had even gone beyond the normal leeway given to politicians.

Because Wilders has not yet been charged, it is not clear what maximum penalty he could face if convicted.

While judges in the Netherlands generally are loathe to become involved in public debate, the court said it was making an exception in the case of Wilders' comments about Islam.

"The court considers this so insulting for Muslims that it is in the public interest to prosecute Wilders," a summary of the court's decision said.

Gerard Spong, a prominent lawyer who joined Islamic groups in pushing for Wilders' prosecution, welcomed the decision.

"This is a happy day for all followers of Islam who do not want to be tossed on the garbage dump of Naziism," Spong told reporters in Amsterdam.

EU Bans Screening of Fitna

The British finally take a step to wake up their country by showing the Islam truth movie Fitna and the EU turns around and helps the enemy out by banning the screening. The reason that they gave for banning the film was that there were protests in Pakistan, Iran, Indonesia and Afghanistan after a Dutch screening. UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon calls the film "offensively anti-Islamic". Well Mr. Moon that is the idea, and sometimes the truth is not so pleasant. Will someone please let me know when the EU has the guts to ban the Islamic preachers of hate?
