UK:Blind man Barred from Muslim Staffed Restaurant

In the past we have heard of Muslim cab drivers who would not allow a passenger into their car who was being accompanied by a seeing eye dog . Now we have a blind man in the UK who was trying to take his girlfriend out for her birthday being barred from a restaurant because of his dog. The reason was that the Muslim staff said it was against their religion to be near dogs. The blind man was also with his five year-old daughter. How nice.

Alun Elder-Brown was barred from bringing his guide dog, Finn, into Kirthon Restaurant
Alun Elder-Brown, a recruitment executive, said he was left feeling "like a piece of dirt" after being barred from bringing the animal into Kirthon Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, on religious grounds.

The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association said the decision was illegal under the Disability Discrimination Act and Mr Elder-Brown, 51, is now considering suing the establishment in The Pantiles.

It follows a series of successful prosecutions of Muslim taxi drivers who refused to carry guide dogs in their cars because they considered them unclean on religious grounds.

Mr Elder-Brown was taking his girlfriend out to celebrate her birthday with her five year-old daughter last week when he was told he would have to leave his dog, Finn, tied up outside.

He showed a card issued by the Institute of Environmental Health Officers certifying he and his dog were allowed into any premises but an argument ensued and the owners threatened to call the police if he did not leave.

"It was humiliating and degrading, especially as there were a lot of people around me," he said.

"I was made to feel like a piece of dirt. They told me I couldn't come in because it was against their religious beliefs to have a dog in the restaurant.

"They then said I could leave Finn tied up outside. I stayed calm but when they threatened to call police I left."

He added: "It was horrible. It put a dampener on the whole celebration."
Under the Disability Discrimination Act it is illegal to refuse to serve a disabled person of give them a diminished level of service because of their disability.
Chris Dyson of Guide Dogs for the Blind said: "We are extremely concerned and disappointed that Alun was refused access to this restaurant.

"We very much hope that this restaurant will reconsider its decision and get in touch with the charity so that we can give them a better understanding of their requirements under the law and explain the important role that the guide dog plays for Alun."

The restaurant's owner, Amenur Abdussamad, was not immediately available for comment.

NY:Islamic Crescent Added to Holiday Display

After a Muslim complained that Islam was not being represented the town of North Castle has added the Islamic symbol of the crescent to the town's holiday display. The man who complained has admitted that the month of December does not always have an Islamic holiday in it. But obviously he does not care as him and many other Muslims continually look to shove Islam down our throats.

ARMONK — When they light the town Christmas tree in Armonk today, there will be a Jewish menorah right alongside, as usual. There will also be something new this year — an Islamic crescent and star.

And if there are any local Buddhists or Hindus in town who want to see their symbols as well, the town is welcoming applications.

The holiday display, sponsored by the town of North Castle, which includes the village of Armonk, is among a growing number around the country that include the common symbol for Islam.

“We’ve decided to go in the direction of being all-inclusive,” said Reese Berman, supervisor of the town of 11,000, about 30 miles north of New York City and home to IBM headquarters. “We now have a specific guideline to follow.”

Craig Mason, 63, a retired town resident who was walking past the display on a rainy morning last week, said he had no strong religious feelings but felt the display “says nice things about the people here, about how we welcome everyone.”

Bill Donahue, president of the Catholic League for Civil and Religious Rights, said displaying a menorah and star-and-crescent — which he considers religious symbols — “shows tremendous sympathy for Jews and Muslims at the expense of the majority Christians” because a Christmas tree, he said, is not religious. He would favor adding a Nativity scene.

But Judy Wesley, director of the Armonk Chamber of Commerce, said she was raised Catholic and “in my opinion there’s nothing wrong with having a spirit of inclusion. Jesus Christ himself would have gathered everyone around him.”

North Castle added its menorah about 15 years ago at the behest of a local temple, which felt Hanukkah should be recognized along with Christmas. Then last year, the town board was approached by Asad Jilani, who thought Muslim residents should also be represented.

“I said, ‘Oh, there’s a menorah and a Christmas tree and where is my crescent?’ ” said Jilani, who has been active in community affairs. He said that although there is not always an Islamic holiday in December, he felt it would be an appropriate time to celebrate all cultures.

What he didn’t want, he said, is what the town did — move the menorah from the town park onto the grounds of the temple. Berman says the town felt it did not have time to address Jilani’s request and moving the menorah “would mean the star and crescent was not singled out.”

“I was embarrassed,” Jilani said. “The last thing I was suggesting was to move the menorah. I wanted this to be for openness, for representing everyone.”

Berman said she decided to revisit the decision this year because “no one was happy.” She appointed a committee that studied what other municipalities had done and what the courts had decided.

The board approved the star and crescent and came up with guidelines for future requests: There has to be a formal application; the symbol will be displayed only during the Christmas season; it has to be privately funded (Jilani paid for the star and crescent); and the board will not try to distinguish between religious and secular symbols.

Largest US Mall Bends to Islam

The Mall of America in Bloomington has announced the opening of an Islamic prayer room to accommodate the local Muslims. For the opening day of the prayer room, "culturally competent" volunteers were added to deal with the Muslim youths at the mall who sometimes get into trouble and arrested. It sounds to me that the mall has added a prayer room and its own set of religious police at the same time. This is also a state were recruitment for jihad is taking place.

Mall of America Moves to Accommodate Minnesota Muslims

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – On the day Muslims around the world began to celebrate Eid al-Adha, Fatuma Mohamed was at the Mall of America (MOA), far away from where she would normally say her prayers.

But she and other Muslims needed to take time from the activities of the mall and find a quiet area to pray as Muslims do during the festival that commemorates Ibrahim's willingness to sacrifice his only son for God.

“I said my prayer right at that corner,” Mohamed said, pointing to the spot.
Another Muslim, Amran Ali, did the same.
“I had to say my prayer at a corner,” Ali said. “I was stared at, but no one bothered me.”

Every year, as Muslims in America are compelled to engage in business, work and shopping during the holidays, many find themselves away from mosques and other places where they can hold prayers without interruption. They are forced to seek privacy in corners and alleyways, places that often subject them to unwanted attention. Some Muslims also worry that their repetitive calls of “Allah akbar!” (God is great!) during prayers could be misconstrued as calls for Jihad.

“Of course, out curiosity people will stare at you but don’t say anything,” said Shuuriye Ali. “I wish they would ask. I would love to educate them about my peaceful religion.”

This year Muslim leaders from the Twin Cities area were able to persuade MOA, the largest enclosed mall in the United States, to set aside a room for prayers.
“I learned quite a bit from my last meeting with the community,” said Douglas Reynolds, MOA’s security director.

But Mohamed and other Muslims did not know there was a prayer room, even though MOA and Muslim volunteers had intended to have eight posters in three languages, (English, Somali and Arabic) to be displayed at all entrances to the mall.
“I didn’t notice any signs,” Mohamed said.

Reynolds said many might have missed the signs because MOA and the Muslim leaders did not advise the community about the prayer room before this week’s observance of Eid al-Adha. The signs also went up too late in the day, Reynolds said.

“It would have been nice to get the message out to the community earlier,” Reynolds said. “The signs were also not available until 4:30 p.m.”
He promised that MOA would “do a better job next time.”

Regardless of the glitch, many Muslims appeared excited that the MOA reserved prayer space for them and promised to continue doing so in the future.
“It is about time,” Jamad Barrow said. “I’m happy to hear that the mall is trying to accommodate and appeal to the Muslim community.”

Sheikh Neelain Muhammad, an imam at the St.Paul-based Da’wa Islamic Center, and five other volunteers from the center were among the many volunteers who were at the mall to make sure that day went on without incidents, especially from teenagers.
Reynolds, the MOA security director, said that community volunteers were very helpful.

“At one point, Sheikh Neelain Muhammad and his team were spotted talking to the youth and telling them to behave … and so, they did.”
The presence of culturally competent volunteers at the mall avoided the law enforcement solution that often leads to the arrest of Muslim youths.

“No one youth that was acting out that didn’t change after we talked with him or her,” Sheikh Muhammad said.
Mahmood Kanyare, one of the community volunteers, said the volunteers reminded the youth about good manners in Islam.
“They were all responsive to our messages and behaved well as a result,” Kanyare said.

The day ended with a positive note for both MOA and the Muslim community. No one was arrested and only few were asked to leave.
Reynolds, the director of security, said he hoped to continue building MOA’s relationship with the Muslim community.

Islamic Hatred of Jews

The hatred of Jews stemming from the Islamic world is becoming clearer and clearer. Many people who do not follow the subject closely tend to blame the hate on the Israel-Palestine issue. But the truth is that the problem has been going on since the days of Mohammad. At first Mohammad got along with the Jews but as time went on he tried to force his beliefs on them and they resisted his ideas, as they wanted to stick to their own beliefs. For this resistance Mohammad filled with resentment and turned on the Jews. We see this this same type of behavior today, accept Islam or else. The hatred of Jews can easily be seen in the Koran.

Today we still see this problem as Islamic preachers and leaders are not even attempting to hide to their hate. It is even happening in Islamic countries that are so called allies.


Let us start with Jordan

Egypt

Parliament members in Egypt are campaigning to end the pilgrimage of Jews into Egypt as thousands of them go there once a year to celebrate the birthday of Rabbi Ya'aqov Abu Ha'seira, a holy man who is buried in Cairo. Activists are trying to obtain one millions signatures to get the government to officially stop the Jews from celebrating. Residents have complained that the Jews dance and wear clothing which is insulting to Islam.


Yemen

As more and more Muslims preach hatred towards Jews, we will see more attacks like this recent one in Yemen. Where a Jewish father of eight named Mousa Yaish al-Nahari was shot to death with an AK-47. Before the killer shot the man he said, "Jew, accept Islam's message". When will the excuses for Islam end? It is not a religion of peace.

Border Control Israel Style

The United States government which allows people to waltz on over most of our borders, and allows our border patrol agents to be out gunned, needs to take a lesson from the Israelis. Israel has drawn a line in the sand and has built towers on the Gaza border which contain machine guns, guided missiles and laser weapons.

Weaponized Sentry-Tech Towers Protecting Hot Borders

Israel's Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd has developed a networked remotely operated weapon system already guarding the 'hot borderline' along the Gaza strip.

The Israeli Army is already operating the Sentry-Tech pillbox towers, mounting remote controlled weapon stations from an operational command center, which is manned by observers, mainly female soldiers, that are round-the-clock monitoring all movement inside the Gaza Strip, primarily the close border perimeter.

As suspected hostile targets are detected and within range of Sentry-Tech positions, the weapons are slewing toward the designated target. As multiple stations can be operated by a single operator, one or more units can be used to engage the target, following identification and verification by the commander. Enabling observers to employ synchronized firepower transformed the observation post into an integrated 'sensor-and-shooter' platform – capable of assuming some of the risky tasks previously done by rapid reaction forces and aerial attack platforms.

Sentry-Tech utilizes Rafael's Mini-Samson weapon station installed in Pillboxes or relocateable tower systems. Each unit mounts a 7,62 or 0.5" machine gun, shielded from enemy fire and the elements by an environmentally protective bulletproof canopy. The system is primarily operated by remote control but can also be operated manually when required. In addition to the use of direct fire machine guns, observers can also employ precision guided missiles, such as Spike LR optically guided missiles and Lahat laser guided weapons.

Identifying Jihadis in America

This is a strongly worded article that points out how America has become weakened over the years and why the Islamic community needs to be scrutinized. I believe that all Americans need to read this to see just how serious the threat is.

THE “SPECTER” of a nuclear bloodbath hangs over America, caused by a jihadist frenzy “foaming at the mouth” for our destruction. In order to “flush out” these nuclear maniacs, registration of the entire Muslim community in America is absolutely essential. The jihadist nuke-America agenda is not an idle threat, particularly since they have already acquired the weapons (see chapter 6 “Ignoring the Booming Nuclear Black Market” of Dr. Paul Williams’s book, Dunces of Doomsday).

Furthermore, experts agree that several thousand jihadists are living comfortably within the Muslim community, a combination of foreign jihadists and “homegrown” jihadists. The “homegrown” varieties are militant Muslims born and raised in the United States. (See Steven Emerson’s book, Jihad Incorporated: A Guide to Militant Islam in the US.)

The incendiary mix of foreign jihadists, “homegrown” jihadists, and nuclear weapons is an “ominous fuse ready to be lit” clearly warning that 500,000 Americans can be vaporized in an instant! This is no paranoid exaggeration, but a clear and present danger. F.B.I. Director, Robert Mueller, informed Ronald Kessler of News Max on May 15, 2007:


“. . . al-qaida’s paramount goal is clear: to detonate a nuclear device that would kill hundreds of thousands of Americans…We are going to be hit at some point…it’s just a question of when and to what extent.”

Failure to Protect Ourselves

.The F.B.I. boss nearly guarantees we will suffer a jihadist nuclear attack, yet America remains paralyzed with self-complacency and disbelief. Have we become a nation of sheep ready for the slaughter?

The answer is yes; proven by our failure to enact the safeguards designed to protect us.

What must be done? We need to immediately implement the 1940 Alien Registration Act (Smith Act), and the 1798 Alien Enemies Act thereby registering all Muslims living in the USA and placing them under intense scrutiny.

This is no time to be polite, servile, or politically cowardly. We need to get the job done. According to Dr. Graham T. Allison of Harvard University: 500,000 killed would be the number of instant victims if a small (10 kiloton) nuke were set off in New York’s Times Square on a typical day. Dr. Allison gives the carnage a greater than 50% chance of happening.

Dr. Allison’s website at www.nuclearterror.org is crucially informative and brings home the harsh realities by providing a nuclear blast map which can be applied to your own city. His book, Nuclear Terrorism: The Ultimate Preventable Catastrophe, reveals that nuclear terrorism is inevitable if we continue on our present course, which in my opinion, is “floating” like a sitting duck waiting to get blown out of the water.

Why not break the impasse and protect ourselves? Registering Muslims will “throw a monkey wrench” into the jihadist plan, greatly reducing the probability of an attack. Please think deeply about this. Do you want to stop a nuclear attack or not?

The Precedent for Registration

In times of emergency all nations must monitor and register large groups of people, if they wish to survive. Unfortunately, a large percentage of Americans have lost their survival instinct, taking for granted their privileged lives which they mistakenly believe are “cost” free. They couldn’t be more wrong. Each American is obligated to share the “cost” of protecting our nation. Already, more than 4,000 soldiers have been killed, and a few million others are serving in the military, police and security community.

Compared to these heroes, registration is a minor inconvenience and minuscule price to pay. Shamefully, many Americans have become so selfishly spoiled and hubristic that they flatly refuse to suffer even the slightest inconvenience when asked to protect their nation. You will find these loathsome fools screaming “bloody murder” at the slightest hint of security measures such as registration of Muslims or the Patriot Act. No loyal American or reasonable person will behave so deplorably; such blatant irresponsibility emboldens the jihadists' nuke-America obsession. Registration proved very effective during WWII and is infinitely more necessary today.

Prior to World War II, a total of 4,741,971 aliens were registered in a period of 4 months, in order to uncover the enemies hiding within. President Roosevelt was prudent enough to make a “hot pursuit” of potential saboteurs. As a result, he successfully prevented internal attacks upon our homeland for the duration of WWII.

Today, it is imperative we follow Roosevelt’s example and register every Muslim 14 years or older. Each must be required to submit their photo, fingerprints, address, date and place of birth, physical description, occupation, employment history, arrest record, names of relatives in the USA and abroad, memberships in clubs, organizations, societies, and other pertinent data. The harshest penalties, for those who fail to register or lie, such as prison or deportation, must necessarily apply.

Michelle Malkin’s book, In Defense of Internment, provides a definitive report completely debunking the erroneous views of those opposing registration. Obviously, in times of great emergency, such as the present nuclear threat, national security takes precedence over the civil liberties of peacetime. Once again, ask yourself do you want to stop a nuclear attack on our homeland or not? Obviously, we must be proactive in preventing it.

The Alien Enemies Act of 1798 requires that when any predatory incursion is attempted or threatened against the United States, the President can make a public proclamation in order to single out and “round up the group” within which the enemies are hiding. This is exactly the course which needs to be pursued with the Muslim community today. It is a fact that the jihadists are hiding within our homeland and we must do whatever it takes to stop to them. It is well past time to “take off the gloves” and get down to the business of protecting ourselves. The noble adage — the price of freedom is eternal vigilance — has never been more relevant.

Weak-Minded

Nearly 50% of Americans are so weak-minded that the jihadist hate-America lobby believes that by simply calling us names like Islamophobe we will “shrink up” and let down our guard — enabling them to nuke us. So far they are 100% correct; nearly the entire Democratic Party refuses to defend our national security and remains adamantly in denial about the jihadist nuclear threat to our homeland. They are definitely suffering from the same mental disorder that afflicted Neville Chamberlain when he believed “romancing” and appeasing Adolph Hitler would bring peace to the world.

But the facts cry out loudly; never has there been a more urgent need to single out a group of people. Registration will serve as a much-needed litmus test, sorting out the elusive moderate Muslims from the militants.

Certainly, anyone who protests registration is not a moderate Muslim but an enemy to the United States’ national security. If you believe such opinion to be impolite, then most likely you have failed to “face the fact” that this is the age of jihadist nuclear terrorism.

Please think deeply: The jihadists possess an extremely entrenched homicidal mania and religious fervor to nuke us and their plan is well underway. This point cannot be overemphasized.



A Million Times More Dangerous

One of the world’s richest men, insurance magnate, Warren Buffet believes a nuclear terrorist attack on American soil is going to occur. At an annual meeting of Berkshire Hathaway he stated, “We’re going to have something of a major nuclear event in this country…It will happen — whether it will happen in 10 years or 10 minutes, or 50 years…it’s virtually a certainty.”

Today the threat of a jihadist nuclear attack on American soil is a million times more dangerous than the threat by conventional weapons during WWII. But things get even worse. The jihadists plan to nuke 7 American cities simultaneously and kill 4 million Americans. This is a sinister goal well-documented by Dr. Paul Williams. They will do just that if we fail to prevent it.

What is wrong with us? We registered 5 million people prior to WWII, but now, facing a nuclear weapon, we remain inert. Have we become our own worst enemy? The answer is yes.

Let’s compare the gravity of the situation. Today less than a dozen nuclear jihadists can vaporize 500,000 Americans in an instant. On the other hand, during WWII 350,000 Americans were killed during a 4-year period, and it took several million enemy soldiers armed with enormous amounts of weaponry to do so. Without doubt the risk we now face is astounding, beyond belief, and makes WWII seem infinitesimal.

Consequently, we can no longer afford to give a “religious pass” to the Muslim community because the majority of them are not nuclear jihadists. To the contrary, the severity of the nuclear threat is so far off the charts, we are forced to subject all Muslims to the utmost scrutiny in order to weed out the bad apples hiding amongst them. There is no other choice.

Conclusion

Anyone who disagrees with registration of the Muslims in America is a suicidal fool if not an outright enemy to American national security. Such chastisement is well justified because the consequences of failing to act are apocalyptic. “One bad apple spoils the whole bunch” especially when it’s a nuclear apple. We must take out all the stops in order to thwart the jihadist dream of massacring us on our own soil.

So enormous is the jihadist nuke-America threat that the Department of Homeland Security developed a special department called the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) on April 15, 2005. Well done indeed! One of their strategic objectives is to establish situational awareness through information sharing and analysis. The registration of Muslims will greatly enhance and facilitate this objective, proving to be the key ingredient for success. On the other hand, continuing the status quo of non-registration will neutralize, if not forecast a failure (which means we get nuked).

Registering Muslims is obligatory for preventing a jihadist nuclear blast on American soil as well as the other types of WMD’s. It is the epitome of negligence not to implement all methods of prevention. Remember 9/11 anyone? Let not history repeat itself by making a commission — after the debacle — in order to decide what should have been done to prevent it. Let’s do the right thing now!

The lawyer, who recently praised the Mumbai terror attacks, urged all Muslims to reject traditional Christmas celebrations, claiming that they are forbidden by Allah.
The 41-year-old shocked Christians and even those of his own faith by branding yuletide festivities as "the pathway to hellfire".

Choudary, who is chairman of the Society of Muslim Lawyers, ruled out all celebrations, including having a Christmas tree, decorating the house or eating turkey.

In the sermon posted on an Islamic website, he said: "In the world today many Muslims, especially those residing in western countries, are exposed to the evil celebration Christmas.

"Many take part in the festival celebrations by having Christmas turkey dinners.
"Decorating the house, purchasing Christmas trees or having Christmas turkey meals are completely prohibited by Allah.

"Many still practise this corrupt celebration as a remembrance of the birth of Jesus.
"How can a Muslim possibly approve or participate in such a practice that bases itself on the notion Allah has an offspring?

"The very concept of Christmas contradicts and conflicts with the foundation of Islam.

"Every Muslim has a responsibility to protect his family from the misguidance of Christmas, because its observance will lead to hellfire. Protect your Paradise from being taken away – protect yourself and your family from Christmas."

Choudary is Principal Lecturer at the London School of Shari'ah and a follower of the Islamist militant leader Omar Bakri Mohammed.

Earlier this year, he led a meeting at the heart of the area where the liquid bombers lived, which warned of a British September 11.
