For numerous months now Islamic groups have been using our subway and bus system to proselytize Islam. Their goal is to try and put a positive spin on Islam as more and more non-Muslims are slowly waking up to the true threat of Islam. This time the Council on American Islamic Relations has gone way overboard and has implied that Abraham, Moses and Jesus were Muslims. Apparently they will say anything to try and get people to convert to Islam. What ever happened to honesty?

There's a new front in the conflict between Jew and Muslim: Broward County buses.

Fifty of the county's 290-bus fleet have been chugging around area streets for the past several weeks with a message that might seem more oblique than inflammatory. Black letters on a white backdrop proclaim, "ISLAM: The Way of Life of Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad."

The $60,000 ad was paid for by the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

"We owe it to our fellow Americans to let them know that Islam stands for peace," said Altaf Ali, director of CAIR's South Florida chapter. "Muslims are here and Muslims are part and parcel of the United States."

But the words have inspired opposition from a group called Americans Against Hate, led by Jewish activist Joe Kaufman. The group says the ad is misleading because it implies that Abraham, Moses and Jesus were Muslim.

"That's offensive to both Jews and Christians," said Kaufman, a resident of Coral Springs.

County officials have rejected Kaufman's request they remove the ads. Now he plans a rally outside County Hall at noon Friday.

"We want to send a message right to the commission that it's not right to legitimize this organization," he said.

Both CAIR and AAH accuse each other of being affiliated with terrorists.

Kaufman notes the U.S. Department of Justice labeled CAIR an "unindicted co-conspirator" in a Dallas case which last November saw five leaders of the Holy Land Foundation, a Muslim charity, convicted of providing more than $12 million in support to the Hamas terrorist organization.

Ali, who lives in Pembroke Pines, counters that Kaufman is affiliated with the Kahanist Movement founded by Rabbi Meir Kahane, who advocated removing all Muslims from Israel.

Because of its terrorist activities, the group was banned in Israel and its U.S. assets were frozen.

Kaufman writes for the right-leaning Web publication Front Page Magazine, and once called for nuclear attacks on Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq. Since founding Americans Against Hate as a terrorism watchdog group, he wrote that "pure merciless force" was the only way to deal with Muslims.

"He's a man who advocates for killing," Ali said.

Ali said the ad accurately describes Abraham, Moses and Jesus. "A Muslim is anyone who submits their will to God," he said. "By that definition Abraham and all the prophets are Muslim because they submitted their will to God.".

As to CAIR's alleged ties to Hamas, Ali said: "There is no credible evidence that that is true. Unindicted means unindicted."

Kaufman remains unconvinced. "They are an organization that's connected to the terrorist group Hamas," he said.

Broward County Transit spokeswoman Phyllis Berry said the county accepted CAIR's message because it didn't violate guidelines against ads that demean religions. The county also accepts ads from Christian churches, and courts have designated buses as "public forums" where free speech rights apply.

The ads will run through Jan. 26, but may be the last of their kind on county buses.

"We have restrictions on cigarettes and adult entertainment, and we should eliminate religious ads hereafter," County Commissioner Suzanne Gunzburger said at Tuesday's commission meeting.

NZ:Muslim Owned Businesses Stop Serving Israelis

An Israeli family in New Zealand stopped into a local cafe to get lunch for their children, before placing their order the family was speaking in Hebrew. Hearing this the owner who is a Turkish Muslim asked them where they were from. When the family responded that they were from Israel the family was told to get out of the establishment, as he would will not serve Israelis because of the war with Hamas. A neighbouring Turkish kebab shop has also implemented the same policy.

An Invercargill cafe owner's refusal to serve Israelis on the basis of their nationality is a clear human rights breach, Race Relations Commissioner Joris de Bres says.

Sisters Natalie Bennie and Tamara Shefa were upset after being booted out of the Mevlana Cafe in Esk St yesterday by owner Mustafa Tekinkaya.

They chose to eat at Mevlana Cafe because it had a play area for Mrs Bennie's two children, but they were told to leave before they had ordered any food, Mrs Bennie said.

.""He heard us speaking Hebrew and he asked us where we were from. I said Israel and he said 'get out, I am not serving you'. It was shocking."

Mr Tekinkaya, who is Muslim and from Turkey, said he was making his own protest against Israel because it was killing innocent babies and women in the Gaza Strip.
"I have decided as a protest not to serve Israelis until the war stops."

He said he had nothing against Israeli people but if any more came into his shop they would also be told to leave, and he was not concerned if he lost business."

Mr de Bres said the Human Rights Act prohibited discrimination in the provision of goods and services on the grounds of ethnic or national origin, or of political opinion.

"Whatever the rights and wrongs of the situation in Palestine, it is simply against the law for providers of goods and services in New Zealand to discriminate in this way," he said.

"Mr Tekinkaya's stance was supported by neighbouring Turkish Kebabs shop owner Ali Uzun, who said he was also refusing to serve Israelis.."

Mrs Bennie said she did not disagree that Israel was committing crimes against children.

"I just don't think I should be declined service because I am from Israel."
She had rung the Human Rights Commission and was told the cafe owner's actions were against the law because he was discriminating on the basis of ethnicity.

"I wouldn't mind having a chat to him. Someone has to put him in his place," Mrs Bennie said.

Ms Shefa is visiting Mrs Bennie at her Makarewa home, on the outskirts of Invercargill, where she lives with her New Zealand husband and two children.
Both women said they had travelled widely, and to places much more hostile than New Zealand, but had never been treated in such a way.

Invercargill Mayor Tim Shadbolt was shocked when told of the incident.
"Oh my god, the Gaza Strip has come to Invercargill. Hell's bells."
He said he was bewildered.

"Generally speaking I am against all wars and I suppose people have got a right to protest. I couldn't really deny that. It would have been upsetting for the women and I feel sympathy for them."

UK:Mickey Rourke Speaks out on the Islamic Threat

Apparently Hollywood Actor Mickey Rourke has taken a stronger stance against the domestic threat of Islam than Western governments have. Mr.Rourke has come out against Muslims being allowed to preach hatred to us right in our own backyards.

ACTOR Mickey Rourke sympathises with U.S. President George W Bush - insisting he doesn't know how any politician could have successfully navigated America after the 9/11 attacks on New York.

The Hollywood tough-guy spoke out about his political views in a candid interview and admits he doesn't understand why so many people blame Bush for a string of world issues - including Islamic fundamentalism and terrorism in the West.

And the actor, who claims he didn't follow last year's historic US election battle between Barack Obama and John McCain, urges the public to consider the tremendous pressure the controversial president was under following the terror attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001.

He tells Britain's GQ magazine: "President Bush was in the wrong place at the wrong time, I don't know how anyone could have handled this situation.

I'm not politically educated. But I do know that after 9/11 I wanted to go over there, you know what I'm saying?

"I don't give a f**k who's in office, Bush or whoever, there is no simple solution to this problem... I'm not one of those who blames Bush for everything. This s**t between Christians and Muslims goes back to the Crusades, doesn't it.

"It's too easy to blame everything on one guy. These are unpredictable, dangerous times, and I don't think that anyone really knows quite what to do."

Rourke also confesses he was so angry after 9/11, he wanted to fight the war on terror himself.

He adds, "I'm not politically educated. But I do know that after 9/11 I wanted to go over there, you know what I'm saying?"

And the star is baffled by the UK.'s approach to fundamentalists - insisting he was taken aback by the freedom of speech allowed in the UK.

He explains, "I was in London recently and I couldn't believe all these hate-talking fanatics you have over here who are allowed to carry on doing their thing even when a bus full of women and children gets blown to pieces.

"I know you've deported one or two of them, but it seems crazy.

"I think there is worse to come, something terrible will happen to either America or the U.K., or France even. I don't think these fundamentalists should be allowed to talk all this crap, and brainwashing these young kids."

Highest Saudi Cleric:Marrying a 10 Year-Old Girl is OK

Saudi Arabia's most senior cleric Sheikh Abdul-Aziz Al Sheikh. has come out and stated that not allowing 10 or 12 year-old girls to marry is "unfair" to the girl. He has also stated that Islamic law has not done any "injustice to women". To normal people with morals this is called pedophilia and this all stems from the actions of Mohammad and Islam itself.

It's an injustice to NOT marry girls aged 10, says Saudi cleric

Ten-year-old girls are ready for marriage, according to Saudi Arabia's most senior cleric.

Sheikh Abdul-Aziz Al Sheikh, the country's grand mufti, told Al Hayat newspaper that those saying ten or 12-year-old girls are too young to marry are being 'unfair' to them.

Al Sheikh's comments come at a time when Saudi human rights groups have been pushing the government to put an end to marriages involving the very young and to define a minimum age for marriage.

In the past few months, Saudi newspapers have highlighted several cases in which young girls were married off to much older men or very young boys.

Though the mufti's pronouncements are respected and provide guidance, the government is not legally bound by them.

On Sunday, the government-run Human Rights Commission condemned marriages of minor girls, saying such marriages are an 'inhumane violation' and rob children of their rights.

The commission's statement followed a ruling by a court in Oneiza in central Saudi Arabia last month that dismissed a divorce petition by the mother of an eight-year-old girl whose father married her off to a man in his 50s.

Newspaper reports said the court argued that the mother did not have the right to file such a case on behalf of her daughter and said that the petition should be filed by the girl when she reaches puberty.

Responding to a question about parents who force their underage daughters to marry, the mufti said: 'We hear a lot about the marriage of underage girls in the media, and we should know that Islamic law has not brought injustice to women.'

The mufti said a good upbringing will make a girl capable of carrying out her duties as a wife and that those who say women should not marry before the age of 25 are following a 'bad path'.

'Our mothers and before them, our grandmothers, married when they were barely 12,' said Al Sheikh, according to the Al-Hayat newpaper.

There are no statistics to show how many marriages involving children are performed in Saudi Arabia every year.

It is also not clear whether these unions are on the rise or whether people are hearing about them more now because of the prevalence of media outlets and easy access to the Internet.

Activists say the girls are given away in return for hefty dowries or as a result of long-standing custom in which a father promises his infant daughters and sons to cousins out of a belief that marriage will protect them from illicit relationships.

Italy:Warns Muslims to Stop Protesting

Italy, one of the few countries in the world that is actually fighting back against the attempted Islamic takeover has come out and warned their Muslim community to stop with the pro-Hamas protests. Government members have called the protests a threat to peace.

Italian minister blasts Muslim protesters' prayers

ROME (Reuters) - Italy's defense minister warned the country's Muslims to stop further "provocations" after thousands held prayers in public squares in Milan during pro-Palestinian demonstrations over the past week.

Ignazio La Russa, from the right-wing National Alliance, said he did not oppose protests or want to deny anyone the right to pray, but called the public prayers a challenge to peace.

"I say enough of the provocations of Islamists in Milan," he told Il Giornale newspaper on Sunday. "In Milan, a legitimate demonstration ended in a deliberately provocative mosque under the open sky."

Thousands of Muslims knelt with their heads bowed to the ground in prayer before Milan's central train station in one of several pro-Palestinian protests on Saturday.

A week ago, Muslims held prayers in front of Milan's central cathedral, angering right-wing politicians in the overwhelming Catholic country who called it an affront to Christianity.

Muslim leaders later apologized, saying no offence was intended. There are about 1 million Muslims in Italy, making up almost two percent of the population.

"What would have happened if a group of Christians gathered together to pray with a rosary before Mecca? They probably would have been stoned," said La Russa, who described himself as a practicising Catholic who attends Mass almost every Sunday.

Milan's deputy mayor issued a similar warning to Muslims, saying four protests in seven days was too much.

"Enough with pro-Hamas marches now," said Riccardo De Corato. "Milan is not a province of Gaza and has no intention of reluctantly instituting this type of 'Gaza Saturdays.'"

Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's center-right coalition, which includes the hardline anti-immigrant Northern League, has clashed with Italy's Muslim community in the past.

It irked Muslims last year with plans to block the construction of new mosques in Italy.

Protests against the Israeli offensive continued in Italy on Sunday, with 3,000 people marching through the center of Naples. Another 1,000 held hands to form a human chain and march through Rome's historic center to demand an end to violence in Gaza.

NY:Waiter Disrupts Jewish Wedding With Arabic Chants

Long Island waiter Stephen Buttafuoco who was working at a Jewish wedding, took it upon himself to give the marrying couple a gift that they will never forget. He played a recording of a recent pro-Palestinian rally with the chants of "Allah Akbar" over the loudspeakers for all 700 guests to hear, shocking the entire crowd. I had read in another article that the waiter is considering converting to Islam. He will make a great Islamist.

WAITER DISRUPTS JEWISH WEDDING WITH ARABIC CHANT

Long Island waiter rebelling against his pastor father terrorized guests at a Jewish wedding reception, blasting a recording of a pro-Palestinian rally that included Arabic chants through the DJ's microphone, authorities said today.

Stephen Buttafuoco, 23, was charged with a aggravated harassment as a hate crime for allegedly blaring "Allahu akbar," Arabic for "God is great" - scaring the over 700 wedding guests who were wrapping up the party at the Woodbury Jewish Center around 1 a.m. Jan. 4., Nassau cops said.

Buttafuoco, who was arrested Friday and is not related to the infamous Long Island lothario Joey Buttafuoco, allegedly "admitted he did this with the intent of disrespecting the [Jewish] religion," according to court papers.

He was arraigned today in Nassau County District Court and released on $1,500 bail.

He's no terrorist, lawyer Thomas Spreer insisted - just a confused kid trying to rebel against his minister father.

"He did a foolish and impulsive act," Spreer claimed. "He's not a radical. He didn't even know they were on the air. He feels absolutely horrendous."

The Queens College creative-arts student had been at a pro-Palestinian rally in Manhattan a day before the wedding, and made a recording of the chant on his cellphone.

Buttafuoco thought he was just playing it for a friend, and didn't realize it would be blared to the whole reception, his lawyer said.

Morrell Caterers, which handles weddings in three temples across Long Island, including the Woodbury Jewish Center, said they fired Buttafuoco on the spot.

"We took appropriate action. We fired the gentleman in question and we called the police," said co-owner Scott Morrell, who declined to say when police were called.

Spreer said his client was no anti-Semite, and has worked for Morrell Caterers for about two years without any problem.

"He was just quietly rebelling against his dad," Spreer said.

Dan Buttafuoco is an ex-Marine who serves as a minister at the Gateway Life Center, a Pentecostal church in Babylon, LI, and an Israel supporter.

"He was just fooling around with his friend. He didn't realize it was being echoed around the whole building," the devastated dad said outside his Suffolk County home today.

"We have nothing against any other religious background, especially the Jewish people. We love them."

The family wants to make amends to the Jewish community, Spreer said.

"They want to reach out . . . and try to rectify the situation," the lawyer said.

The incident has mortified Stephen Buttafuoco's parents, his father said.

"I've been appalled by it," he said. "My wife and I are just very hurt. We're scared."
